Experience a more subtle take on a Spanish Red in the Imported Wine of the year, 94 point, Platinum Medal release from Doble de Diez. Spanish wines can be a bit too bold, but the Doble de Diez flips the script. This is an elegant wine with restrained fruit flavors of pomegranate and cherry that play off the more interesting notes of chocolate, coconut, and tomato leaf. We’ve been enjoying this as much with food as on its own.
