I was a bit skeptical at first when I started seeing people posting about whipped coffee on Instagram and Tik Tok. I love coffee, but I thought to myself, can this be that good? I decided to try it but without too much enthusiasm. Oh, how wrong can one be?

I set off to the store to purchase a small jar of vanilla-instant coffee, and off I went to make it. I added coffee, sugar, and hot water into the bowl, and I started whisking it. A few minutes later, I was far from done, but my arm was about to fall off. I stopped a few times, but I eventually arrived at the desired consistency of stiff foam. I put the ice and milk into the glass then placed my foam on top. The flavor was incredible! Cold, creamy coffee with a hint of vanilla. It tasted like having a delicious dessert.

In my second attempt, I used an electric blender, as any sensible person would do the first time. Oh well, you live and learn. My right bicep feels a little bigger after that workout. Make sure you use a deep bowl not to make too much mess. I also used cinnamon the second time, but the vanilla flavor was a much better choice. My opinion has changed; I completely understand the fuss about this coffee. It tastes like heaven. So don't wait any longer, and make yours today!
