Pimm's Cup takes me back to London in the early 2000s. I was barely twenty, and Pimm's Cup was the number one drink of the summer amongst my English friends. We would sit in the outside garden of the pub sipping Pimm's, laughing and joking for hours. Since living in America for almost 20 years, I have modified the recipe for my favorite English drink with French Pink Lemonade instead of regular lemonade, not sure my English friends would appreciate that one haha.
Ingredients
- 250 ml/ 1 cup Pimm's No1
- 750 ml / 3 cups Trader Joe's French Berry Lemonade, Pink Lemonade (you can use another brand Lemonade or Ginger Ale as well)
- Raspberries
- Sliced Oranges
- Sliced Cucumbers
- 2/3 Mint Sprigs
- Ice

How to make
First, fill your pitcher with ice, I like using large cubes of ice, as they keep my cocktails fresh and cool for longer. Pour in your Pimm's then top it up with lemonade. Depending on the size of your pitcher, the proportions should be 3:1. One measure of Pimm's to three measures of lemonade. Add some raspberries, cucumber and orange slices and top it up with a couple of mint sprigs. Stir, and you are ready to drink! I hope you love Pimm's Cup as much as I do. Cheers!
